Katia Ferraz, PhD

Professor Ferraz is based in the Forest Science Department at the Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture, University of São Paulo (Piracicaba, SP, Brazil). She received her PhD in Ecology in 2004 and has been at USP since 2010. Her primary research interests lie in biological conservation, human-wildlife coexistence, conservation planning, mammal ecology and wildlife management.
